The EFdeN prototype designed and built for the 2014 edition of Solar Decathlon Europe is the First Research Center on Comfort Conditions and is open for visitation.

Mihai has been part of the Solar Decathlon story since 2010. He has been involved in the project since the qualifications at PRISPA, the first team from Romania qualified in this competition, and has participated at the 2012 edition in Madrid.
Later, Mihai co-founded the EFdeN project and the energiaTa project, the aim of which is to facilitate the process of producing solar energy for household users and injecting it into the network.
In the meanwhile, Mihai has worked as Manager of Development and Politics at the Romania Council for Green Buildings, as co-president of Eisenhower Fellowships Youth Leader, as co-president of Future Energy Leaders Romania, Aspen Fellow and as part of Forbes 30 under 30.
Claudiu left for Bucharest to get his engineering degree and return to Bacau to continue his family business. "I got stuck in Bucharest, I was interested in this competition and it didn't let me go.
